Une Professional Agreement

Casual Student Employment is a specific category of professional employees. The work schedules of a casual student are subject to availability that is relevant to the requirements of the curriculum. Casual students receive an all-inclusive rate, according to Schedule 2, regardless of workdays. The minimum engagement time for an occasional student is one (1) hour. For Algerian students, the work permit is limited to 50% of the annual working time for the professional sector concerned. What is happening is that large majorities of employees have approved the proposed changes to the university`s enterprise agreement to correct the revenues generated by COVID-19. The contract may be renewed up to two times if the terms of its extension are defined or specified in an endorsement granted to the worker before the expiry of the originally agreed term.
